This Privacy Policy describes how RosettaSong collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our service. By using our platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

RosettaSong may access certain Google user data via Google APIs, including:

• User profile information (name, email address)
• Google Drive files and metadata
• Gmail messages or labels (if applicable)

We only request the minimum data necessary to provide our service.

2. Data Usage

We use Google user data solely to enable core functionality of the RosettaSong app, such as generating song translations, processing uploaded documents, and creating interactive forms and quizzes.

User data is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share Google user data with third parties except:

• When required by law, or
• When necessary to provide the service (e.g., hosting via Google Cloud).

All third parties are contractually obligated to maintain data confidentiality and security.

4. Data Storage & Protection

• User data is stored securely using encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
• Access to data is limited to authorized personnel who require it for operational purposes.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide the service.
• Users may request data deletion at any time by contacting us at rosettaforms@gmail.com, or by using the in-app deletion feature (if available).
• Upon deletion request, we permanently delete associated data from our systems within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
